Salman Khan on growing up with Arbaaz Khan & Sohail Khan
When Arhaan Khan asked how was it growing up with brothers, Salman said, “See the thing of growing up with brothers like Arbaaz, me and Sohail we have grown up together. Sohail is like 50, I am 58 and your papa is 57, so growing up we had our fair share of fights. The thing was we sorted it out the next day. Your dad takes the longest time. (Laughs) So he does that, but me, Alvira and Arpita, we all grew up together.”
Adding about his friends, Salman says, “But you know my friends, Nads, Robin, and then after I joined the films there was Sajid and Sadiq. So all these friends have still been there, and from Sindhya school there was a senior, Pratap and JD. This is what you need to achieve with your friends is that I don’t see you that often but whenever we meet, earlier I met a college friend of mine, Prakash Giri, we just bonded. I perhaps met him after 35 years. We connected on the same page, it wasn’t like what’s up, how’s it going? He is in Nepal and he is working. There is Amit Ashar who was in school with me, he is a photographer here. The amazing thing is he is a photographer here and not once have I worked with him. He never called me saying ‘let’s work together’. He does his own thing, and I do mine. There’s another boy called Rehaan Khan from Sindhya school. So we are all in touch when ever we need anything.“
